Souvlaki - grilled skewers

Preparation
Cut the meat in about 2.5-3 cm cubes.
Mix the olive oil with the other ingredients (except oregano). Mix the chicken pieces and marinate over night.
The next day, take the meat from the marinade and turn pieces stuck with peppers (chopped red / green in pieces) onto the skewers.
Now grill the skewers from each side for about 3-5 minutes!
Sprinkle the souvlaki skewers with oregano, arrange on a platter with lemon quarters.
(As a side dish, I recommend tzatziki, pita bread, tomato quarters and onion rings!)
Extra tip: There can be a little oregano for marinade!
The remainder is then sprinkled over the finished skewers!
