Preparation
Cut the meat into small pieces, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil, so everything is coated with a layer of olive oil. Cut the two large onions crescent-shaped and mix with the meat.
It is best to let it rest overnight - or at least for 2 hours.
Fry Only at high heat, and fry over low heat, continue to stir. Finally, add the half, chopped onion and fry for 1 - 2 minutes.
Serve with tzatziki and very good fries.
