Kritharaki - Noodle pan with minced meat and Feta cheese

Preparation
Season the minced meat strongly with gyros spices. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, chop the onion and the garlic. Fry ground beef in a large pan along with onions and garlic and chop strong. Stir in the tomato paste, add broth and cream, season with oregano until you bring it to boil. Add the noodles and let everything to boil together for 15 minutes until the noodles are soft. The mass should not be too hard, so if necessary fill with some water in between.
Pour everything into a casserole dish, mix in cheese cubes, and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Put it in the oven to grill until the cheese is brown.
It also tastes very good when together with the noodles there are some zucchini cubes to ground beef.
