Preparation
Put the minced meat in a bowl.
Finely dice the onion, chop parsley finely and add to the meat with spices and eggs. Put the white bread in the bowl, after you have soaked it briefly in water and squeezed it out so that most of the water is out.
Now that everything is together knead well until the mixture becomes a smooth dough. Then, biefly set aside.
Divide the meat, depending on the desired size, in 6 or 8 portions.
Take a soup bowl, rinse briefly with cold water, place a serving of meat in the depression and form a cake. In the middle put some of the sheep's cheese crumble and fold as a half pita. Take care about pressing the edges firmly. Form in this way all Bifteki.
Now brush all the Bifteki with oil and grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or fry in a pan.
Serve with baked potatoes or fries.
